The St. Marys Marina is owned by the Army Corps of Engineers but leased and operated by the City of St. Marys. When visiting you will find a wide range of activities and facilities located at the City's Marina Property along the banks of the Middle Island Creek/Ohio River. Activities include boating, hiking, fishing and basketball along with more social avenues such as the outdoor picnic table and the amphitheater in which various performances can be enjoyed. A community building is also located on the grounds and is equipped with a kitchen which can serve as a venue for various social gathering such as club meetings, weddings, family reunions etc. Pavilions located in the marina park are considered first come, first serve. No reservations can be made. Yard sales are prohibited from the Marina park.

Anyone interested in renting the Marina Building must contact City Hall at 304-684-2401 to find out availability. If there is availability, a rental fee of $100.00 - $300.00 and security deposit of $50.00 - $75.00 must be paid up front and a rental agreement must be signed as well. Please contact City Hall to determine the exact pricing for your event.

In addition to the facilities that are available on the City operated Marina property, there is a camper park and the agricultural barn, livestock show ring and mud bog. Directly across Middle Island/Ohio river from the Marina, lies Middle Island which is operated by the US Fish and Wildlife Service as a National Wildlife Refuge. The island offers Wildlife Observation, fishing, photography, hiking, bicycling and auto touring.

Any credit/debit card payments made online or in person will incur a $1.00 + 2.2% convenience fee.
